Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Order Tracking & Insurance

Every package sent by MPB is 100% fully insured against loss or damage in transit. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a direct tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Selling & Trading Equipment (Free Courier Pickups)

When selling or trading in gear to MPB, we provide free insured doorstep courier pickups or prepaid drop-off labels. You do not need to pay any shipping costs to send your items to us.

Delivery Security

Due to the value of camera equipment, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local service location.
